Emailing photos to the practice

Please DO NOT send any images unless you are instructed to do so by a member of staff.  Any images received without prior communication will be deleted.  

  • When emailing a picture to the practice, include your name and date-of-birth as the subject header
  • The image will initially be filed into your medical record and during the consultation the clinician will discuss with you whether the image should remain stored in your medical record or if it should be deleted immediately after the consultation
  • There are risks in sending images over the internet, as it is non-secure transfer, and the images are not subject to information governance and data protection until they have been received by the practice 
  • Any image sent will not be used for any other purpose without your express permission.

If you are directed to send a photo to the practice please send them to the following email address remembering to add your name and date-of-birth as the subject header
