Scottish Government funded self help coaching sessions for people over the age of 16 who have experienced childhood trauma.
Self help coaches are based in Kelty Community Centre. Patients can self refer by completing and submitting the self-referral form, or by telephoning 01592 644048. The service is for people who have experienced childhood trauma before the age of 18.
