Order a repeat prescription
Prescription requests received by the surgery will be sent to your nominated pharmacy the next working day. The pharmacies have asked that you allow a further 2-3 days prior to collecting your medication(s), although exceptions can be made in extreme circumstances.
You can order repeat prescriptions via Patient Access (after registering for this service via the surgery), by emailing the surgery at fife.f20803kelty@nhs.scot, via one of the local pharmacies, or by placing a request through the practice's letterbox or dropping into the box at reception. Please note that both the practice and Well Pharmacy do not accept prescription requests over the telephone.
